| Made popular by the early voyageurs, the sash was used much as a belt and the leg ties were used to keep the lower pant legs up and dry when getting in and out of a canoe. They remained popular throughout the Fur Trade Era and all the way to the Lumberjacks. Handwoven in stylish patterns. Approximately 7' long and 3 1/2" wide. |  |
